Important Instructions and packing list for 2025 FCA Sports Performance Camp
Camp Dates: July 7-11, 2025
-Check in: July 7th from 9:00-10:30 am, Meet at Golden Gym
-Check out: July 11th from 11:30am-12:30pm at Brown Chapel
*Pull onto campus and follow the signs to the proper drop-off and pickup locations!

Parking/Self Driving
- Campers are allowed to drive themselves to camp and park on campus. All keys must be turned into camp leadership upon arrival and will be returned before checkout. No campers will be allowed to leave PLNU once camp begins except for those participating in the off-campus sports.
What to bring:
- Confirmation email (phone or printed) with QR code for check in. You may have received two emails; one will have the code and one will not.
- Athletic Equipment: Bring everything you normally take to practice.
- Sunscreen for outdoor sports.
- Toiletries
- PLNU will provide all bedding (sheets, blanket, pillow, shower towel).
- Water Bottle- We will be providing campers water bottles but you’re welcome to bring your own. Make sure it is labeled!
- Cash or Venmo Access - We will have a camp store open each night in the dorms with snacks & drinks and an FCA Gear Store open during lunch and dinner breaks with clothing items available for purchase. These stores are cash or Venmo only.
- Clothing: Bring workout clothes (appropriate to your sport) and separate clothes for evening program (does not need to be fancy) Bring a sweatshirt (PLNU can get chilly), if you can’t wear it to school don’t wear it to camp (no one wants to police your clothes, but we ordered plenty of 3-4xl camp shirts we’re happy to make you wear if needed 🙃).
Exceptions:
- Football: pads and helmets are not required. All sports-you do not need to bring your own ball; we will have plenty. Wrestling: bring a pair of running shoes in addition to wrestling shoes.
For any medication needed, please notify camp staff (Trainers) at check in of any special instructions.
What NOT to bring
-Drugs/Alcohol, Weapons of any kind, pornography, Fireworks etc.
-Bad attitudes - most of our camp staff are volunteers, be nice to them. We reserve the right to send you home, if necessary, that’s not fun for anyone.
Cell phone policy
-Cell phone use will not be allowed in evening program, during huddles or practice time. Violations will result in phones being confiscated during the huddle, practice or program, and returned at the conclusion of that activity.
